Dr Spelman has expertise in the prevention, diagnosis and management (operative and non-operative) of all paediatric and adult knee disorders.

Dr Spelman manages upper and lower limb trauma including fractures, ligament and tendon injuries.

Dr Spelman has a special interest in the management of paediatric hip and knee disorders. He specialises in the surgical and non-surgical management of hip dysplasia and other childhood hip pathologies.

Dr Spelman provides comprehensive management of hip dysplasia in his office, including the fitting of a Pavlik harness or Rhino brace when it is deemed necessary.
